Management and Staff
Raccoon Valley is member-owned and operated. Here's an overview of our management structure and the operations staff who keeps the pool running smoothly all summer.
Management
Raccoon Valley Swim Club is managed by a Board of Trustees consisting of nine elected members. Board meetings are held weekly during the summer season and monthly during the off-season. Summer season meetings are held in the evening at the club. Off-season meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month around town in Mullica Hill, usually at the Gloucester County Library. Check the web site for the next meeting location and time.
Members are always welcome to attend – If you have an issue to discuss with the Board, it will be discussed at the begining of the meeting. If you cannot attend but would like to bring an issue to the Board's attention, send us a letter or an e-mail.

Club Staff
Raccoon Valley employs a full staff of personnel to manage and operate the Swim Club on a daily basis. The 2010 staff includes:
- Pool Manager - Renetta Meddick
- Assistant Managers - Jacqui Mainart, John Kotyla, Amy Straguzzi
- Swim Team Coach - Karen Tubb
- Swim Team Assistant Coaches - Mike Tubb, Corey Hardesty
