Please note that the application form applies to everyone: new applicants to Raccoon Valley, returning members, and non-members interested in our Evenings Only or August limited access packages. Print out the form, fill it out, and mail it with your payment to:

Prospective members, remember: your application cannot be considered until you've reached the top of our waiting list and are invited to join. If you have questions about any document, or if you would like to arrange to have paper copies mailed to you, please contact us.
