If in your first season of membership you are not completely satisfied by June 30th, you will be eligible for a full refund of all money you've paid towards membership dues and bond shares. This allows you over one month to try out your new Raccoon Valley membership with all its benefits. We encourage you to come to the pool as often as possible, to enjoy the relaxing and friendly community atmosphere, and to have your children join the Masked Bandits' great Swim and Dive Teams.
If you nonetheless decide that Raccoon Valley isn't right for you, just let us know formally. In order to be eligible for a refund, the Swim Club must be informed in writing of your intentions to resign your new membership. Letters should be sent to:

All resignation letters must be postmarked on or before June 30th. Bond shares for new members are not issued until July 15th. For any new members who inform the Swim Club of their intentions to resign in writing by June 30th, no bond shares will be issued and the amount paid for bond shares will be refunded in full.
