Swim Team Coaches
RVSC retains a professional coaching staff to instruct swimmers on stroke mechanics, strength training and diving & turn techniques, all in a fun, non-stressful atmosphere. Emphasis is placed on developing teamwork skills, technique, endurance, aerobic training, improving times, and most of all having fun.
Karen Tubb returns as the Masked Bandits' Head Coach for 2011.
Karen has done a fantastic job for the Bandits,
coaching the team to undefeated seasons in 2003 and 2005, both resulting in
Suburban Swim Association National Division titles, and we have been in the Olympic
division under her guidance since 2006.
Former Bandit stalwarts Mike Tubb and Corey Hardesty return as Karen's assistant coaches in 2011.
