Notes
- Warmups for home swim meets are one hour prior to start time. Warmups for away meets are one half-hour prior to start, but RVSC swimmers are expected to be at the away facility a half-hour earlier to get settled and for a team meeting.

2011 Practice Schedule
Swim Team practice is held Monday through Friday, in late afternoon while school is in session and then early mornings until season's end. Practices are divided into three age groups: 8 & Under, 9-thru-12, and 13-thru-18.

*For those swimmers who are still in school this week, afternoon practices will continue through June 23rd. On June 24th, we'll switchover to morning practices for all.
All swimmers should arrive 15 minutes early for warmups & stretching!
